ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Reindeer Run 5k scheduled for Dec. 7
The SIFE/Enactus Club of ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ will host the Fourth Annual Reindeer 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 8 a.m. The run will be held on the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ campus and there is no entry fee for participants.
"In the spirit of giving and to honor your continued support of our college and students, we are not charging a registration fee to run or walk this year.

Students complete Fire Academy
Five students recently completed the fire†academy at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ. They were honored during a†graduation ceremony held in the Student Union Building. The†graduates are pictured (from left):†Aaron Nugent of Winnsboro, Matthew Hernandez of Mount Pleasant, Fenton Godfrey of Mount Pleasant, Wesley Kizer of Pittsburg, and Colter Antonsen of Ridgecrest, California. These students are now eligible to†take the Texas Commission on Fire Protection Exam to complete certification.†ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ is currently enrolling students for the 2014 Fire Academy.

Spring registration opens at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ
Registration for the spring 2014 semester is currently underway at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ. Students may also register for the holiday intersession term.

GenTX hosts video contest for high school students
The Generation TX (pronounced "Generation Texas") movement to promote a college and career-ready culture in communities statewide has declared†November 18-22†to be GenTX Week.
