The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ (ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ) rodeo team has five members ranked in the 2014-2015 Southern Region standings after their second rodeo of the season. The team hopes to improve its place in the standings after this weekend's home rodeo at the Mount Pleasant City Arena.
The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ (ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ) Men?s Eagles Soccer team won†four†of†four†games this week., shutting out†Jacksonville College,†Paris Junior†College†and Coastal Bend College, while giving up only one goal to Laredo Community College. The Eagles are†now†ranked†fifth†in the nation according to the National Junior College Athletic Association coaches poll this week.

The Northeast Police Academy at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ is now accepting applications for its next evening†police academy, which begins on†Monday, Oct. 27.
The evening academy†meets from 5-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and every first and third Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.†The program will end in late May 2015.†This program is designed for working adults who may not have time to complete the daytime academy.
