Let's Hang On to perform at Whatley Center

Let?s Hang On will perform at the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ campus in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on October 11 at 7:30 p.m. Billed as the nation's most popular Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons Tribute show, you will hear the story of these blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks who wrote their own songs, invented their own sound, and took the world by storm all before the age of 30.

Did you wait too late to register for fall semester classes, but are interested in starting college right away? ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ is offering a variety of fast-track courses to help keep your educational goals in sight.

Fast-track courses range from five to eight weeks and consist of both face-to-face and online components. These hybrid format classes are fast-paced, but allow you to complete a full credit course in around half the time of a regular semester.

Cypress Bank donates laptop to Honors Northeast

For the seventh year in a row, Cypress Bank has funded a high-end laptop for the use of ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ honors students. This year?s recipient, Gabriela Quezada, was an art student at the University of Maryland. She is a native of El Salvador.† Cypress, the oldest Camp-County based bank, has three other branches, in Mount Pleasant, Commerce and Lone Star.

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ (ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ) Women?s Eagles Soccer team split the week with a victory against Eastfield College and a narrow loss to †a top-ranked (number two) Navarro College team this past week.


McKenzia Goedicke kicked things off on Tuesday, scoring the first goal of the game on a penalty kick against Eastfield 36 minutes into the first half.
