ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ is asking area residents and businesses to join them in celebration of GenTX Day on Friday, May 2. To participate, all Texans are encouraged to wear their favorite college t-shirt on May 2. The goal is let the new generation and others know they are supported as they make college decisions and become career ready.

Cumpian has recently applied for and won a scholarship to attend a workshop at Duke University entitled ?Applications of Mathematics to Physiology and Medicine.?†Cumpian will be one of a select group of scholars from around the country to win this opportunity, supported by the National Science Foundation, this May 21-28.
