The 13-week, 140-hour program provided students with hands-on training and essential foundational knowledge to begin a career in the HVAC industry.

Psi Beta Honor Society hosted its 6th Annual Suicide Prevention Training and 5K, Saturday, April 12. Adam Metts, Director of East Texas A&M Counseling Center, and Tina Yang, Ph.D., Associate Director, presented QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) training.
Heavyn Smith said of the training: "Just like CPR, the more people who know how to talk to someone who is thinking about suicide, the more lives we can save."
