The Carroll Shelby Foundation recently gave $25,000 to support scholarships for students enrolled in the Carroll Shelby Automotive Technology Program at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº. Elliott Auto Group donates truck to Carroll Shelby Auto Tech program

Velma Lee Buck Blount Williams Scholarship established at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº

Nancy Blount recently gave $500 to establish the Velma Lee Buck Blount Williams Memorial Scholarship at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº. The gift was given by Nancy in memory of her late mother, Velma (pictured), a longtime Pittsburg resident. The scholarship will benefit an ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº student from Camp or Wood counties. Cassidy Watkins named Texas Heritage National Bank Scholar

For the second year in a row, Texas Heritage National Bank has sponsored a full scholarship for a ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Presidential Scholar. Cassidy Watkins, of Daingerfield, has been named the 2017-2018 Texas Heritage National Bank Scholar.

The scholarship covers tuition, fees and books for Watkins? sophomore year at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº.
