The application deadline for an optimal scholarship of Honors Northeast for the 2023-2024 school year is 1 March. A student may apply directly through the application portal of the honors website or email-scan an application obtained from a local guidance counselor to ayox@ntcc.edu.
The Region 8 Virtual Science Fair was held on Monday, February 20th, at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ. A total of 216 student projects were submitted to compete including submissions from twenty-five Region 8 school districts. Each school district is allowed to enter four students per grade level. Students have the choice of entering one of three categories.
It's time to mark your calendars for the 2023 ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Kids Discovery College! Classes will be held July 10th-20th (Monday-Thursday) on the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ campus and at the Culinary Arts school in downtown Pittsburg. As always, we will have a great schedule of fun, educational classes for kids to choose from. Look for the full schedule and registration dates in April.

With the weekend series with Cowley College canceled due to weather, ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ picked up a home contest with Eastern Oklahoma State College on Monday, February 13th. The Eagles would take game one in dramatic fashion 5-4, Mountaineers would come away with the win in game two, 11-4.

A graduate from the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Funeral Services program was once again featured in January 2023 edition of Texas Director, the Official Publication of the Texas Funeral Directors Association.
