Jalyn English, a Presidential Scholar in Honors Northeast, was recently named Outstanding Music Appreciation Honors Student by the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Division of Creative and Performing Arts.

The Adult Education Department at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº is accepting new and returning students for its GED (General Educational Development) and ESL (English as a Second Language) programs. Those interested in participating in either of these free educational programs should call to make an appointment for registration.

While it looked a lot different from our normal commencement, the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº class of December 2020 walked the stage Friday in a socially-distanced ceremony. For those of you who didn't get to watch it live, you can view it at the links below. The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Foundation recently released its 2020 Community Report. The magazine announced that Mr. Fred Markham with the Texas Pioneer Foundation was named this year's Distinguished Benefactor for his continued support of the Work4College Program. It also features student success stories, the annual giving report and a full list of scholarships and donors. 

ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº is now enrolling for the December Intersession Term. This is a great way to quickly complete a class you need for your degree over the holiday break. There is a flat $300 rate per course (not including textbook). Classes are online and run December 10 through January 8. . The full course list is included below!
