ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Agriculture is joining this exciting initiative with a series of courses beginning in January. †Annie?s Project is based on the experiences of a farm wife who spent her†lifetime learning how to be an involved business partner with her farm husband. Together they did†great things, but it wasn?t easy.

Winner announced in early voting drawing
Ricky Ortiz (right)†recently won an HP laptop in a drawing sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa. The contest†was open to all students who voted early in the Nov. 4 election. Ortiz was presented the laptop on Nov. 4 at the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Election Watch Party, held in the Whatley Center foyer. Voters approve ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Prop 2, decline Prop 1
ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ confirmed Wednesday that Proposition One failed by 327 votes. However, final tallies from county election officials showed that Proposition Two passed by four votes.
Proposition One dealt with restructuring ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ's tax cap and would grant the college the ability to pay back debt. Proposition Two authorized the college to issue $19.9 million in bonds to repair the 30-year-old ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ campus.
?This leaves the college with the authority to issue bonds, but no way to pay them back,? Dr. Brad Johnson, ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ President, said.
