The Fine Arts Club of Mount Pleasant recently presented the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Foundation with two donation checks. One was for $500 and will provide a scholarship to a ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ student majoring in fine arts. The second was also for $500 and will benefit the Work4College Program. The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Board of Trustees met for its regular February meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 22.

ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ is pleased to announce a new Logistics micro credential training program that begins March 21. The 8-week, nine credit hour program is designed to provide students with an introduction to the high-demand field of logistics. 

Courses included in the program are: Introduction to Business Logistics, Introduction to Materials Handling, and Warehouse and Distribution Center Management. 

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Professional Driving Academy continues to grow and supply high-demand CDL drivers to the local area. Four new students recently graduated from the program. ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ is proud to announce Transfer Fair Day for our students.

You are invited to participate in our Transfer Fair on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ in the Student Union Building. 

The Transfer Fair event will give the universities an opportunity to present information on the different degrees that are offered at their location.

UPDATE: Due to wet field conditions the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Baseball Eagle Classic has moved back one day to Saturday and Sunday. No games Friday.

Honors Northeast is now accepting applications for the 2022-23 school year. 1 March is the deadline for obtaining an optimal scholarship.  The program confers institutional and private scholarships, as well as many other amenities. Over half of the students in the program earn as they learn. Scholarships outrace the costs of matriculation. 

ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ's Alpha Mu Chi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa will host an exciting Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre event on Tuesday, February 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center foyer. 

The Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ will host a concert by Forever Motown on Friday, Feb. 18 at 7:30 p.m. This is a full stage production of your favorite hit songs from all the Motown Legends.  

Direct from New York, the show stars Theo Peoples, Former Lead Singer of The Temptations and The Four Tops, Glenn Leonard, former Lead Singer of The Temptations and Traci Robinson former lead singer of The Marvelettes with an All-Star live band.
