Students eligible for the program must:

Attend either Chapel Hill HS, Daingerfield HS, Mount Pleasant HS, or Pittsburg HS

10th or 11th grade

First Generation: neither parent or legal guardian has attained a four-year Bachelor's Degree and
-
Meet certain income requirements based on previous year's tax return
