Skylar Fondren wins 2022 GPHC election

Skylar Reese Fondren, the Texas Heritage National Bank Scholar of ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº, has just won the student election of the Great Plains Honors Council (GPHC). She will be the one student from eighty honors programs and colleges, from Nebraska to Texas, to join the other professorial members of the GPHC Executive Council.

Incoming Scholar of Honors Northeast to play pipe organ recital

On Sunday, 7 August at 3 p.m., Samuel Anderson Pollan will feature works of Johann Sebastian Bach, and other classics of the literature for pipe organ at the First United Methodist Church of Pittsburg. The church is located at 109 College Street. The public is invited, and admission is free. Refreshments will be served after the recital.
