Foundation receives $25,000 donation from Hampton estate

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Foundation recently received a check for $25,000 from the estate of Helen Hampton. The funds are being used to establish the Charlie and Helen Hampton Memorial Endowed Scholarship, which will be awarded to graduates of Paul Pewitt High School. Korey B. Harrison Memorial Culinary Arts Scholarship established

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Foundation recently received a $10,000 donation from Franklin M. and Linda. S. Harrison, of Pittsburg. The funds are being used to establish the Korey B. Harrison Memorial Scholarship in memory of their late grandson. Korey was formally trained in culinary arts and enjoyed a career working in restaurants around the country. In keeping with his passion, the scholarship will benefit students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº.

Nursing wins 2025 "Taste of ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº: Battle of the Booths" event

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Taste of ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº: Battle of the Booths event was a huge success! Seven booths served up a variety of delicious dishes for sampling by a large crowd of students, faculty, staff and community members. Proceeds from the event will be split evenly between the participating clubs and organizations.

Each ticket holder was able to cast votes for their favorite booths. The winners of the People’s Choice awards were as follows:

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Foundation finished East Texas Giving Day 2025 at the top of the leaderboard for the fourth year in a row this Tuesday. ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº raised a record-breaking $557,833 via the annual fundraising event that has become a regional tradition.

Foundation Receives $360,000 Gift from Sistrunk Estate

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº (ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº) Foundation has received a $360,000 gift from the estate of David and Pat Sistrunk. This generous contribution will establish the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Building Enhancement Fund, dedicated to supporting campus facility improvements and long-term infrastructure needs.​

Foundation receives $25,500 for new endowed scholarship

Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Foundation has a new endowed scholarship. ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº recently received a gift of $25,500 to establish the new Charles L. and M. Hazel Black Scholarship. The scholarship is open to students with financial need. Carroll Shelby Foundation gives $25,000 to support automotive program

The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Foundation recently received a $25,000 gift from the Carroll Shelby Foundation.
