This week the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ EMS Program had the honor of presenting updated Stop the Bleed kits to Harts Bluff ISD. The kits were donated by the Northeast Texas Regional Advisory Council in partnership with ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ.
