The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Speech and Debate Club will host an open candidate forum for the Democratic candidates for United States House of Representatives District 4 on Monday, Feb. 12 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
The forum will include Catherine Krantz from Rains County and Lander Bethel from Sherman. Krantz and Bethel are the only Democrats facing off in the March 6 Democratic Primary. The winner of the Democratic primary will go on to face the winner of the Republican Primary race between incumbent John Ratcliffe and John Cooper.
A ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº faculty member and student will moderate this open forum, which will take place on the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº main campus in the Humanities building Community Room 101. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend in person, the event will be live-streamed via the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Government Facebook page.
