The 乱色无码人妻视频影院 Health Sciences department recently celebrated the first class of students completing the new Community Health Worker certificate program. Graduates are pictured鈥燼bove (from left):鈥燘ambi Bryant, Demetria Bolden, Carolyn Traylor, Kayla Golden, Kelly Young, Jessica Davis and LaShunda King. These individuals are now certified by the Texas State Department of State Health Services as a Community Health Worker.鈥The Community Health Worker curriculum provides study in chronic disease knowledge, patient resources, and teaching skills. The goal of the program is to provide care coordination skills to assist at risk patients with managing their care, locating resources, and communicating with their healthcare provider. 乱色无码人妻视频影院 is now accepting applications for the next program that begins August 24.
