Here's a message from Diane regarding her†personal wellness plan?

Let me say, I am honored to receive this recognition although I?m not 100% certain it is due me.† I would like to say something very profound about why I started exercising on a regular basis.† However, the real reason is that closet full of clothes that I keep out- growing!† I told myself, ?This has to stop!?† We?ve all seen the commercials where they say, ?and all I did was walk?.†† I realized I can do that!† We have the Fit Center here on Campus with state of the art fitness equipment; and, it?s free.† ††So, I get up at 4 a.m. †every morning in order to walk before work.† I definitely feel much better!† I don?t really eat unhealthy; but, I do love my sweets.† I?m trying to cut back; and, I?m doing okay.† Alright, truthfully, I?m not; but, I?m trying and that?s what counts!† So, take control and join me.† All I do is walk!
