Culinary Arts Dinner planned for March 6

† † †The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Culinary Arts Program will host its†last Dinner Night of the semester on Thursday, March 6. This event will be†held at the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓÆµÓ°Ôº Culinary Arts School in historic downtown Pittsburg and†is open to the public. The meal is first-come-first-served and no†reservations will be accepted. The cost is $10 per person. Seating is†limited.


† † †Seating begins at 6 p.m., however, the doors will open at 5:45 p.m. in the†event of inclement weather. The dinner is prepared and served by students†enrolled in the culinary arts catering course.


† † †The theme for the evening will be "Italian Villa" and includes minestrone†soup with foccacia, stuffed beef braciole with a balsamic reduction sauce,†roasted red potato fans and green beans almondine, and a bread pudding with rum sauce.†Guests 21-and-older are welcome to bring their own wine to this event.
