† † †The ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Culinary Arts Program will host its†last Dinner Night of the semester on Thursday, March 6. This event will be†held at the ÂÒÉ«ÎÞÂëÈËÆÞÊÓƵӰԺ Culinary Arts School in historic downtown Pittsburg and†is open to the public. The meal is first-come-first-served and no†reservations will be accepted. The cost is $10 per person. Seating is†limited.

† † †Seating begins at 6 p.m., however, the doors will open at 5:45 p.m. in the†event of inclement weather. The dinner is prepared and served by students†enrolled in the culinary arts catering course.

† † †The theme for the evening will be "Italian Villa" and includes minestrone†soup with foccacia, stuffed beef braciole with a balsamic reduction sauce,†roasted red potato fans and green beans almondine, and a bread pudding with rum sauce.†Guests 21-and-older are welcome to bring their own wine to this event.
