- Associates degree in Computer and Information Sciences or related field
- 2 years of experience in a Tech support role or network system environment
Description of Job Duties:
- Assisting students, faculty, and staff with issues reported via the ticketing system
- Assisting Network Administrator and Systems Administrator with tasks assigned as needed
- Managing IT student workers' tasks and schedules
- Maintaining Access Control System
- Maintaining Security Camera System
